Hip Hop in it's early stages was a means of expression. Whether it was a call for everyone to come together and enjoy themselves at the party...or speaking out against things that weren't right it was all about expression.
Somewhere along the line, someone realized that you can make money off of the art form...and now we are seeing the results. These days Cats use hip hop as a means of exploitation rather than expression...it's all about what will make money regardless of the consequences.
"Dat Other Hip Hop's" goal is to return to Hip Hop as a means of expression...but not just the expression for the sake of expressing yourself...we are talking about the expression of the Truth...the expression of New Life and the Liberty found in Christ!!
Let's put an end to the lies deceptions and the fakeness in hip hop. Let's Stop selling negative images and death to the people... It's time for something better...it's time for Dat Other Hip Hop!
